Gender Identity Claims Allow Male Offenders, Rapists, to Transfer to Female Prisons
It turns out the alphabet culture wars aren’t just being fought in well-known spaces like university campuses and K-12 schools across America, but also in prisons. Strangely, the American prison system has become a hotbed for controversy as some inmates are now taking up the trans-banner in order to ease the burden of serving their sentences.
The state of Idaho, specifically, is the latest state facing a growing number of gender-bent litigation cases that has been forced to pay a seven figure settlement for not caving to a child molester’s demands.
Adree Edmo, formerly Mason Edmo, successfully won a $2.5 million lawsuit against the state of Idaho after a judge ruled the state had “violated his Civil Rights” in denying him “gender-affirming care” — including his demands to be transferred to a woman’s corrections facility. Edmo was convicted of child molestation and also has a long history of abuse towards his girlfriend, Brandy Summers.
“Edmo claimed in her lawsuit that her Eighth Amendment rights against cruel and unusual punishment were violated when her surgery was denied.”

Sadly, Adree is not the first inmate to use wokeness as a crutch to get special treatment. Demi Minor, an inmate serving 30 years for manslaughter in New Jersey, was transferred to a woman’s correctional facility under similar circumstances. His stay resulted in the impregnation of two women in the correctional unit.
Although the female inmates claim it was consensual, his foster mother, Dr. Wanda Broach-Butts, was nonetheless appalled at the state’s decision to allow her former foster son to manipulate the system for better treatment, as Minor is in prison for stabbing his foster father (and Briach-Butts’ Husband) to death.
It seems unthinkable that murderers and pedophiles are exploiting a woke gender loophole in the system in order to transfer to more comfortable female-only facilities, but that is exactly what is happening. The associated costs are placed on taxpayers and even women inside state correctional facilities, who are further put in danger by entertaining this gender-affirming madness.
