Gay Florida Kindergarten Teacher Whines About Parental Rights Bill On MSNBC
Someone, PLEASE transport me back to a time when Kindergarten teachers taught shapes and numbers, not 100 genders and CRT!
Gay FL Kindergarten teacher Cory Bernaert is going viral for a cringeworthy MSNBC segment in which he misrepresents Florida Governor Ron DeSantis’ Parental Rights In Education bill and worries that he won’t be able to talk about paddleboarding with his partner over the weekend with his Kindergarten students. Really. Speaking to MSNBC, he said:
“It scares me that I am not going to be able to have these conversations with my children…I don’t want to have to hide that my partner and I went paddleboarding this weekend.”
As I watched that cringeworthy clip, I tried to remember even one instance when I talked to a teacher about his or her relationship or personal life throughout my K-12 years in public school, and I couldn’t think of one time that happened.
This is just the latest example of the left laundering a lie about the “Parental Rights In Education Act” via media activists like this teacher, and I have so many questions about this clip: What school is this? Where is he located? Do the parents of this teacher’s students think it’s OK for him to take on an activist role?
So many questions, so few teachers in public schools actually – you know – teaching!
