Should Spirit airlines be the next canceled company in the Cancel Culture world we live in?
Of course not, because it alines with the left’s agenda!
Recently, a family of four from New Jersey was forced to deplane a Spirit Airlines flight departing from Orlando, FL for Atlantic City because the airline said “they” refused to obey a federal mask mandate.”
They conveniently forgot to mention it was their 2-year-old daughter who wasn’t wearing a mask.
Ari and Avital Eisenberg of New Jersey were on a flight back home with their children, Rikki, 2, and Daniel, 7, who has special needs, after spending a Passover vacation in Florida.
The Eisenberg reported to Fox News that a Spirit Airlines flight attendant kicked them off the flight because Rikki (2) was not wearing a mask– their policy says passengers ages 2 and older must wear a mask. The mother also explained to the flight attendants that her son Daniel has frequent seizures and that covering his mouth can trigger them and promised to do her best to make sure he kept the mask on.
Sounds like they were doing whatever they could to take care of their child while respecting the airline’s wishes.
You can see the whole ordeal go down in this video posted on social media. (Also, note that the child was eating when this situation went down. You don’t have to wear a mask when eating).
In the end, after the entire plane was deboarded, all passengers, including the Eisenberg family, were allowed back on the flight after the airline carriers team in Orlando assured that the family would follow the mask policy.
The Eisenberg family also told Fox News that Spirit’s statement that saying the parents were not abiding by the mask mandate was “such a lie,” when in fact, it was the two minors.
“I have no words. Next level craziness. I understand if I gave someone attitude…but there was none of that. We were about to take off,” Ari Eisenberg said. “Everything was fine and all of the sudden, someone comes over to us and asks us to deplane. I kept asking what didn’t we comply with they had nothing to say.”
Avital Eisenberg called the experience “traumatic” for her children.
“My son missed his medication window. Thank God he didn’t have a seizure. He was sitting there in a soaking wet diaper because I couldn’t change him during the whole thing,” she said. “My daughter is going crazy from all this. It was a terrible, terrible experience to go through, let alone someone with a special needs child.”
This is just ridiculous, in my opinion. Come on, it’s two minors- one who had just turned 2 and a 7-year-old with special needs. When is enough, enough?
Who do you believe was in the wrong in this situation?
