Hanukah is upon us; therefore it is so important to celebrate Israel as a nation. Did you know that Israel has a population of just over 8.5 million? That’s barely the size of New York City. Such a small country has succeeded in the face of great adversity—surrounded by enemies, under constant military threat, persecuted for their religious and ideological views YET Israel’s economy is one of the most dynamic, creative and entrepreneurial in the world.
