Once again, the “tolerant” left shows their true colors when dealing with opposition.

Last week, Andy Ngo was scheduled to speak at Dartmouth College for an event called “Extremism in America” with former ANTIFA member Gabriel Nadales. After violent threats were made towards the speakers and the event by ANTIFA, Dartmouth College canceled the event two hours prior due to “safety issues” and moved the event to Zoom in an empty lecture hall.

Soon after the event was announced, the ANTIFA online army jumped into action to ensure the event would not take place. They proceeded to make violent threats towards Ngo. According to a tweet from their group, they vowed to “disrupt and prevent fascist propagandists like Andy Ngo from normalizing their reactionary beliefs on college campuses in the Northeast,” according to a tweet from their group. Additionally, the tweet told them to wear black to avoid further prosecution.

The group also threatened Andy directly via a post on Instagram. The message read:

“This is to Andy Ngo himself: when you f–k with us you are not f–king with college students. When you enter our home you start playing by our rules, not yours. New England is anti-fascist, and we will hold that line until death.”

ANTIFA even created a disturbing and graphic flyer featuring a picture of Ngo’s bloodied face after an attack by ANTIFA in 2019. Their intention to intimidate and scare the speakers and attendees of the event was clear.

When faced with a differing opinion, the left and their “tolerant” ANTIFA thugs spring into action and threaten death. In instances like this, the left shows their deep-rooted hatred for any opposition and feels violence is viable to combat resistance against their agenda.

The Hanover police department was made aware of these threats and did not take them lightly. Hanover Police Department, Lebanon Police Department, and Grafton County Sheriff’s Office deployed officers to secure the lecture hall where the event was set to take place. Because of ANTIFA’s violent threats, the event hall was cleared by a bomb squad and dogs before Ngo’s arrival. They ensured that the first amendment would be protected and the event could go on smoothly.

However, administrators at Dartmouth disagreed, and they made a group decision to move the event to Zoom. Cowardice like this gives ANTIFA exactly what they want; no opposing views and absolute control.

Unfortunately for ANTIFA, Turning Point USA dominates in the online cultural sphere. Moving Andy Ngo’s event to the virtual space positioned Turning Point USA to broadcast the message even further!

The resilient Turning Point USA students at Dartmouth did not back down in fear. They quickly and courageously decided to continue with their event via Zoom to push their highly important message that conservatives will not be bullied into censorship. Great job, Dartmouth TPUSA students! We at HQ support you!
