At Stillwater Area High School in Minnesota, a group of patriotic students, including almost all of the members of the campus’s Turning Point USA Chapter, organized and participated in a walkout in support of our brave law enforcement officers. It wasn’t long until radical, BLM protesters, who held their own walkout just two weeks prior, interrupted the Back the Blue march to chant “hey-hey, ho-ho, these racist kids have got to go.”
One student reported hearing the mob call her out by name.
“At one point, they singled me out and were chanting ‘f— Abby Cronk.’ The administrators didn’t step in to stop them from chanting these things directed at us or the personal attack on me,” she said.

In fact, after confrontation by parents regarding the chants, the administrators claimed to know nothing of it, even though they were nearby monitoring the protests.
Why are schools cowering to the narrative of the leftist mob? By not intervening, the administration at Stillwater Area High School has affirmed the ignorant stance of the counter protestors who believe that anyone who supports our law enforcement officers are racist. Why, when the administration signed off on the pro-police protest, are they allowing BLM-sympathizers to disrupt these students’ walkout?
I am very impressed by the persistence of these students in supporting police officers, and I hope more conservative students continue to stand up and defend the brave men and women in blue who put their lives on the line for us every single day.
