On Thursday, Arkansas Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders signed an Executive Order banning the use of “woke, anti-woman” terms in official state documents.

“Women are women,” the controversial executive order begins. “An XX chromosome is an XX chromosome. The science is clear and real. There are things only women can do, like perform the miracle of birth. Government should reject language that ignores, undermines, and erases women. Government should celebrate gender distinctions between men and women—not erase them; and [it] is the policy of this administration to prohibit the use of woke, anti-women words for official state government business.”

The order mandates that all “state offices, departments, boards, and commissions are prohibited from using exclusionary, sexist language in official state government business,” and all state affiliates and agencies must use “accurate, female-affirming alternatives.”

Governor Sanders then provided an exhaustive list of “ridiculous” progressive terms that will be banned from state documents, such as “birthing person,” “human milk,” “chestfeeding,” “birthing person,” “womxn,” and “womyn.”

“Today, we’re taking a stand against woke nonsense,” Sanders said at the signing of the executive order. “What frankly started as a fad among a few grad students has seeped down into corporations, the healthcare industry, and increasingly, state government.”

“On the left, women have taken a backseat to political correctness … It’s the left that decided that ‘woman’ is a dirty word,” the Governor added. “It’s the left that decided we needed basic biology and basic grammar along with it.”

Also at the signing was Arkansas Surgeon General, Doctor Kay Chandler, who was appointed to her post by Governor Sanders earlier this year. “As I was taught in medical school — and actually, have known since I was five years old when I happened to be looking through my mother’s nursing school textbooks and ran into some embryology textbooks — women give birth,’ Chandler said. “Today, that [has] somehow become controversial, but it shouldn’t be.”

“Turning Point USA is the largest, most impressive, and fastest youth movement in the country.”
