Earlier this week, University of Florida TPUSA Chapter leaders were holding a tabling event to encourage conversations about socialism. The prompt was “Prove me wrong: censorship precedes socialism.” They had a large sign hanging on their tent and as they were engaging in conversation, a man walked by and aggressively ripped down their sign!

TPUSA Gulf Regional Manager Driena Sixto witnessed the whole incident and confronted the angry leftist.

Watch the video below:

“Socialists would rather shut free speech down, and particularly speech that opposes their warped, tyrannical ideology,” Driena stated.

Speaking to TPUSA, Driena summarized the irony of socialism like this: “[Socialists} want to steal the wealth of people who work harder and smarter to ‘redistribute’ it to people like [themselves], who believe they are entitled to the products of someone else’s labor.”

Well said, Driena.
