Father Gets ARRESTED After Misgendering Daughter
Canada has struck AGAIN with outrageous new rules and precedents in their legal system.
This time a father was ARRESTED for misgendering his own CHILD!!!
Yes, you heard that correctly.
Rob Hoogland, a resident of British Columbia, called his daughter, well, “daughter,” and was literally ARRESTED.
Rob’s daughter decided in 7th grade that she wanted to be a boy.
Rob rightfully believed that 14-years-old are too young to make such a life-changing decision to transition to a male.
But the woke doctors and school officials thought differently… Now the Supreme Court of British Columbia has hopped aboard the woke train.
I have taken this excerpt DIRECTLY from the case in the Supreme Court of British Columbia:
(c) Attempting to persuade AB to abandon treatment for gender dysphoria; addressing AB by his birth name; referring to AB as a girl or with female pronouns, whether to him directly or to third parties; shall be considered to be family violence under s. 38 of the Family Law Act.“
This poor guy MUST call his own daughter by their preferred male pronouns and completely submit to their gender transition or face the DIRE consequences.
Currently, Rob is facing FIVE YEARS in prison, which is THREE MORE YEARS than rapists receive in British Columbia.
I’m sorry but how delusional have people really become?
We have people in the medical community encouraging kids, who have to be told not to eat tide pods, that they should change their gender if THEY FEEL LIKE IT?
NO.
I don’t know about you, but when I was 13 years old, I made some pretty stupid decisions and I thank God I did NOT have the freedom to make such life-changing decisions like these.
Oh no, folks… The stupidity of this entire court case does not stop there.
The Supreme Court of British Columbia has been trying to issue a gag order on Rob Hoogland to SHUT HIM UP.
This SAME situation can and WILL happen in America if we the people are not careful.
The Equality Act recently passed by the House would give American courts the ability to set the SAME legal precedent we are currently seeing in Canada.
Gee, people… Could we try a LITTLE harder to understand the ramifications of these “woke” laws?
