Campus Crashers: Coming in 2023

When reflecting on the past year, I feel an overwhelming sense of gratefulness to God for the blessings that have been poured out in numerous ways. In the beginning of 2022, I was an ambassador for Turning Point USA. Leading up to becoming a full-time contributor, I had the opportunity to travel around the country and meet with TPUSA field representatives and chapter members, learning about their experiences at campuses in over 15 states. It has always been my desire to become more involved with the organization changing hearts and minds around the country, and I am humbled to play a small role in that effort.
In January and February, I travelled to Indiana, Florida, and North Dakota, to visit multiple universities and work closely with the chapters at each. Interacting with students and hearing their perspectives of life on a liberal college campus was incredible, but what made it even better was hosting these events with fellow ambassadors, Arianna Dewing, Aria Parker, Taylor Winston, Jordan Sarmo, and the “Conservative Ant” (Anthony Rai).
In March, I was compelled to create a series surrounding college campuses that actually included the students on the ground. Turning Point USA gave me the opportunity to plan and shoot a pilot episode with the chapter at Louisiana Tech University.
Filming the trial episode with students at Louisiana Tech was beyond exciting, and the content was entertaining and engaging, just as our team had hoped for. Soon after, I was given the opportunity to work with Turning Point USA full-time as a contributor. It felt as though my hard work had paid off, the traveling, planning, and energy spend were all well worth it.
In the following months, I attended Student Action Summit, traveled to campuses around the country to encourage and engage with students, I continued to develop my show, was selected to travel with an incredible team to Israel, and attended AmericaFest, TPUSA’s largest event of the year.
I am unbelievably grateful for the opportunity to bring Campus Crashers to audiences and students around the country, to showcase what life is really like for conservatives on American college campuses.
Closing out this year, I wanted to leave readers with the lessons that I have learned: always strive to help others, use your voice to speak up for those who can’t, be quick to volunteer, and keep doing what you know is right — despite any backlash or persecution you may experience.
“And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.”
