W. Scott Schirmer, a Chicago native, began his real estate career in the 1960s and has since built a distinguished record in acquiring, syndicating, financing, developing, and managing properties across Arizona, California, Oklahoma, Oregon, Utah, and Idaho. He earned a B.A. in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Finance from Arizona State University, where he also played baseball and was an active member of Sigma Chi Fraternity, later receiving the fraternity’s national Significant Sig Award. As a Managing Member of M3 companies, Scott oversees the firm’s investment capital, cultivating and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth individuals, pension funds, and private investment groups. His leadership is marked by strategic vision, financial expertise, and a commitment to long-term value creation. Beyond his business endeavors, Scott is deeply dedicated to philanthropy. He serves on the national board of Childhelp, an organization committed to preventing and treating child abuse. He is also a foundation board member of HonorHealth, where he chairs the Real Estate Committee. Scott proudly directs the Schirmer Family Foundation, which supports Christian and Jewish initiatives as well as programs addressing human and children’s needs. In addition, he actively partners with JBM Ministries, Venatrust, and the Tim Tebow Foundation in efforts to eradicate human trafficking.

Keatha Avery Brown is a Christian, a wife, and mother of two amazing young men. She is a 1991 graduate of Texas A&M, CPA, a Mortgage Loan Officer at Affinity Home Lending, and holds a Masters in Criminal Justice Forensic Psychology from Liberty University. She is also a member of the Montgomery County Citizens Police Academy Alumni, and a member of the Inaugural class of Leadership North Houston.Keatha is also a native Texan, currently living in Montgomery County, Texas where she has long been an avid seeker of truth and justice, which prompted her getting degree in Criminal Justice. Keatha also homeschooled her two boys for 10 years, has been involved in her church, various charitable and political organizations, including homeless, military, and sex trafficking assistance organizations. Within these organizations she has contributed her time to administrative, event planning, and fundraising. In addition, she established a TPUSA Chapter and was parent sponsor at her children’s high school, where both boys also served as officers of the local chapter. Keatha gives her time and attention to raising awareness to truth in all areas of her life, both professional and personal.
