Mr. G. Louis Graziadio, III has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Boss Holdings Inc., since June 1996 and also serves as its President. Mr. Graziadio serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Ginarra Holdings Inc., and subsidiaries, a California corporation engaged in investments. He serves as the President of Second Southern Corp. Mr. Graziadio serves as the Managing Partner of Ginarra Partners, L.L.C. Mr. Graziadio serves as Co-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Imperial Financial Group Inc. He served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Second Southern Corp., the Managing Partner of Ginarra Partners, L.L.C., a closely-held California company involved in a wide range of investments and business ventures including, since 1983, investments in oil and gas. He served as a Manager of Franchise Mortgage LLC from June 1995 to November 1997. Mr. Graziadio has been actively involved since 1972 in real estate development, construction and home building. He has been a Director of FLRT, Inc. since November 1997; Acacia Research Corp., prior to Split-off of CombiMatrix Corp. since February 2002 and True Religion Apparel Inc. since May 27, 2005. He serves as Director of Boss Holdings Inc.; Graziadio Development Company; G.I.C. Corp.; Beachcliff Real Estate, Inc. and Boss Manufacturing, Co. He serves as a Director of Imperial Management, Inc., LGI Liquidation Co., ICII, Imperial Trust Company, an indirect subsidiary of Imperial Bancorp., Lynx Golf Inc. and Vista 2000 Inc. He served as a Director of CombiMatrix Corporation since February 2002. Mr. Graziadio served as Director of Rosetta Resources, Inc. from May 15, 2006 to May 9, 2008. From 1984 to 2000, he served as a Director of Imperial Bancorp, a Los Angeles-based commercial bank acquired by Comerica Bank in 2001. Mr. Graziadio served as the Director of Comerica Ventures Incorporated and Official Payments Corporation. Mr. Graziadio is a Member of the Pepperdine University Board and serves on the Board of Visitors of Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business and Management.
